वर्णन
Eat-Man is a Japanese manga series created by Akihito Yoshitomi in 1996. It follows the adventures of Bolt Crank, an explorer with the ability to eat virtually anything and reproduce it from his body. The manga was serialized in Dengeki Comic Gao! magazine and consists of 19 volumes. It was later adapted into a 12-episode anime series in 1997, with a sequel called Eat-Man '98 airing in 1998. The anime series received criticism for its differences from the manga. Eat-Man '98 was more faithful to the source material. Bolt Crank also made a guest appearance in Akihito Yoshitomi's later creation, Ray. The series combines elements of high-tech futurist cyberpunk and fairy tales.
